    Rock Hill Schools is thrilled to introduce FinalForms – your new one-stop shop for student registration 2025-2026 

    Launches on May 12th 

    🛑 Gateway Is Now Closed

    As of April 13, 2025, Gateway is permanently shut down for parents.

    For the 2024–25 School Year

    To register as a new student for 2024–2025, please complete the paper enrollment form and submit it directly to the front office of your child's school.

    📌 Please review South Carolina’s Qualifications for School Attendance.

    Before enrolling, ensure your child qualifies as a New Student.

    A student is considered new if:

    • They have never attended a school in Rock Hill Schools, OR

    • They were not actively enrolled in Rock Hill Schools on the last day of the 2023–2024 school year, OR

    • They withdrew during the current school year, enrolled elsewhere, and are now returning to Rock Hill Schools.

    Note: If your child is currently enrolled in a Rock Hill Schools 4K program, you will complete Returning Student Verification in the spring instead of enrolling as a new student.

    2025-2026 Student Registration Just Got Easier

    • FinalForms launches May 12, 2025 for all new student registrations and returning student verification.

    • All students must be verified ("confirmed") in FinalForms this year — including for transportation.
    Action Required for All Parents:
    • Make sure your child's school has a valid email address for you by May 12, 2025.
    • FinalForms accounts will be tied to your email address — no more usernames and passwords!
    • If we don’t have your email on file, you will not be able to verify or update information for 2025–26.
