Ms. Meghan Caldwell

I am so excited to begin my 5th year as an India Hook Pirate! I know this year will be full of learning, love, laughter, and lasting memories.

A little about me: I’ve lived in Rock Hill since middle school and have truly enjoyed watching our community grow and evolve. I attended Newberry College, where I studied Education and Psychology. After graduating and returning to Rock Hill, I discovered the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and began working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum in both public and private settings. Eventually, I made my way back to the public-school setting—and I haven’t looked back since!

Outside of school, I’m passionate about advocating for inclusion and enjoy working with and serving on boards for organizations like Area 11 Special Olympics and Miracle Park. I believe in creating a community where everyone has the opportunity to reach their full potential. I’m also a music lover, a big football fan (Go Tigers!), and a proud dog mom to my Golden Doodle, Mac.

I can’t wait to get to know you this school year—and I look forward to YOU being some of the BEST teachers I’ve ever had!
