John Hagood

Position: Physical Education Teacher

Degree: B.S. in Physical Education from The University of South Carolina

Teaching Experience: 9 years at Oakdale Elementary

Why I teach PE? I teach PE because I want to promote a healthy lifestyle among our students. I believe it is important for students to enjoy being active through exercising or playing sports. I love working at Oakdale with our great faculty and students, who make every day enjoyable and fun.

Family: I am married to my wonderful wife, and we have two amazing daughters and an awesome son. My wife and I were both born and raised in Rock Hill, so both of our families live here too. We always get together for family cookouts.

Hobbies: Sports. I enjoy playing, watching, and coaching sports.
